Angela and I discussed the Biden administration’s plan to force schools to ask ALL K-12 students, including kids as young as kindergarten, if they’re non-binary, in a mandatory survey called the Civil Rights Data Collection. Meanwhile, they’re planning to stop requiring schools to report on female participation in sports (page 22), meaning we would never know how many trans athletes are taking opportunities away from biological women. It’s actually illegal, under the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment, to poll kids about their gender identities without the consent of their parents.
