Shorter Stacy: “Virtual learning isn’t working for American kids.” In the big scheme of things, one might consider the number of children earning F’s in school jumping from 8 percent to 38 percent a serious problem.

Parents do. But Teachers Unions and public school administrators seem immune to the educational carnage. When I was asked to join a panel on Newsmax to discuss the situation, it was my pleasure to say yes.
