Choosing a partner is about more than chemistry. Two uniting as one, the way scripture states, with the husband as the head of the household provides the more stable, long-lasting, more fulfilling relationship for everybody. This type of relationship invites a partnership where the woman will feel safe, valued, secure, and loved. In turn, she will respect her husband, and trust him to take of her and the children when things get bumpy. The groom, the husband, represents Christ. The 50-50 concept that’s floating around today, it’s a complete and utter fallacy. It’s sheer nonsense. It doesn’t work.

School choice changes the lives of children, parents, families, and even neighborhoods because kids getting a good education propels them forward and gives them more access to the American dream. Our children need representatives willing to advocate for their best educational opportunities. They need you.

Phil leads an amazing successful media group in Hollywood which is openly unfriendly to Christians. “So many Christians get nervous and afraid when it comes to sharing their faith with friends, co-workers, or family. In fact, the statistics have long been pretty bleak. In 2012, LifeWay Research reported what they described as “distressing results” indicating that 61 percent of evangelical Christians fail to share their faith on a regular basis, even though they believe it is their responsibility to do so. Moreover, nearly half of those respondents said they have not invited a non-Christian friend to church in the past six months.” – Phil Cooke

The Italian plural word confetti originates from the Latin confectum, meaning “small sweet”. It symbolizes the sweet blessings in life. The sweetest blessings are often the fruit of hard work, discipline, planning and sacrifice. They often include difficult, bitter seasons. But are those bitter moments part of the blessing?

The first day he was in office, Biden signed an executive order that claims to prevent and combat discrimination on the basis of gender identity or sexual orientation, but what it really does is discriminate against biological females. Title IX protections, meant to honor and protect girls are gone. Our girls’ dignity is at stake. We’re sacrificing them for the sake of another struggle and that, ethically, is wrong. Rather than give them the message that they matter, we’re delivering the message that they are less-than.

What does “home for the holidays” look like to you? There are some expectations of change as children marry into other families with traditions of their own. It helps to focus on the blessings of these unions and less on the changes they bring to our celebrations. After all, the most important consistency of our Christmas is the Christmas Story itself. The story of a love so grand, so infinite, that God came down to live among us, and to teach us so that we might live and celebrate forever. We have forever to celebrate! Our time together is not finite because our Lord has prepared a place for us in our forever home with Him. He wants us to want to go home.
