Professor Grossman joins the program and explains the historical precedent for impeaching and seeking to convict a president who is no longer in office. The discussion was substantial and while I disagreed with some of what the Professor was presenting, we had a substantial discussion that encompassed the entirety of the issues facing the nation this week as the trial begins.
